Turns out I'd already bought the mobi version, hence the problems, that one converted using calibre had bad punctuation conversion too, guess it's an issue with the source document

fictionwise recently offered some harlequin romances in ereader format for free. I downloaded two. I'm not super "attached" to them...and they were free...but I'd like to convert them.
I used ereader2html and got the "incorrect eReader version 10 (error 1)" message. The books are definitely DRMed. I have the correct related name and credit card number. I have the most recent eReader version installed on my PC... Can anyone help me sort out how to convert these files? |

I also got the same error and I don't know enough about this to know what it means :-(
So the only help I can give you is: go to this address http://www.eharlequin.com/store.html?cid=1317 and download another format. The MSReader ones are easily converted. |

Hi !
I'm having trouble to run the program on my Mac python .ereader2html.pyWane.pdbName/FTFLM/tst "My own name" "12345678" I have an error message , the second quote mark being put on red I tried various combinations and the problem is with the question mark or with ' I tried with / instead of quote marks doesn't work either... if I take out the quote mark the number comes in red and it's written "EOL while scanning string literal" can anyone explains what the problem is ? Thanx |

I'll give a general bit of advice that is not script specific.
If you are running Python 3.x, go back to Python 2.5.x or 2.6.x. Most Python programs will not work with Python 3.x because Python 3.x changed things too much for most programs to run as is. And get Python from http://www.python.org |

Ok, so actually it doesn't accept spaces... each time I insert a space (before my name and the number) it puts the next word in red... that's why I arrived to the command I gave you... I tried once again with single quotes and it is the same : the 2nd quote mark is in red with the same error message...
I really don't understand what doesn't work... ![]() oh and it doesn'T accept the / before e2h... |
