I'd have to go with the ever boring poor battery life, and low capacity. I love the idea of being able to carry an entire library with me. In fact, I'd be over the moon if my Kindle could hold even more than it can now, even though I don't see myself ever filling it completely; especially since I remove books or series as I finish them.

Being locked into a proprietary device would be a problem for me. I also demand expandability.
