It'll be nice to see Chubulor and MichaelV blissfully happy at last with their Adam

Boris, I will be blissfully happy with an edge with less bugs and android 2.2, and / or an edge that does not look like a fisher price toy (see my red one) and is pixel qi or at least runs full android on the eink side, so i can use it on the beach or in garden to do some work not only reading. My Adam will be able to do everything I want in one device, while I will use the nook I have for reading, as I prefer e-ink to LCD or PixelQI for reading....

and on a secondary note, I found sliced bread quite disgusting.... I call it card board box bread. And unless is organic, which I can get here in Europe, is full of bad thing, I would not feed animals on it not my kids... I vouch anytime for Italian bread with tick crust baked in a proper forno... So, what can be the best thing for you, is not necessary the best for others!!

Adam made the mistake of eating the Apple and we all know the consequences. I wish he had eaten the Italian sliced bread.

Sounds like you were expecting the edge to be an iPad replacement, which isn't what it was intended to be (at least, that's my take). I'm sorry your expectations weren't met. Since the Adam isn't out yet, I do wonder how you can be so certain that it will be the wonderful all-encompassing device you're expecting it to be. After all, when you purchased the Edge, you obviously assumed it would meet your needs better than it has. What makes you think the Adam won't fall just as short?

I am very excited about the Edge, but one reason I have waited to purchase it until I can check it out in person is that I have learned that my expectations often lead me into disappointment.

PS To be honest, I really couldn't care less how the Edge looks, but Fisher Price toys look way cool!

Nothing beats a loaf of fresh Italian bread made in a wood-fired oven If you don't realize, that saying in my signature is an old American cliche from the '50's and is not meant to be taken quite that literally

OK, we Europeans do not understand American cliches, sorry about this. But I still like to rip my bread apart and dip it in olive oil mixed with Modena balsamic vinegar, would not mind a slice of prosciutto crudo on the side and a nice piece of NON processed cheese, so no sliced bread for me. On a different note, I hope we will get a ROM cook here... Wonder how the first unofficial rom will be called? Slice Bread? Second one: Paninini, 3rd: Fogacia? Just an idea!
