Actually I lost 30 pounds over the last couple months. No fad diets used.

I went from ingesting 3500 cals a day to 1500 (totally quit drinking alcohol and eating sweets.)

I jog 5 miles every day with a weight vest and ankle weights (never missed a single day.) I also exercise during my hour and a half lunch break at work. Every other night I do crunches and sit ups along with my jog.

getting healthy sucks.

I'm trying to cut back, eat healthier and get out for walking everyday particularly now that the weather is warming up....

I'd love to get back to running every day myself.

The store opened at 10. They were going to be selling 1460 pairs, and limiting it to one pair per person. I'd like a tablet to use for writing, but it's important to be able to research and write simultaneously.
