Monsoon rains with lots of lightning, wind, & hail -- non-stop from 7:30 to about 11:00 pm. The severe weather alerts on my phone kept scaring the cats - a voice suddenly appeared in an empty room announcing doom!

Hmmm ... our high for the day was 71° F -- at 2:00 AM. It has bounced back and forth between 67 and 69 since then. Tomorrow should get us into the eighties, but it's supposed to rain even harder.

The weather held off for my kid's footy match this morning, but there are storms and possible hail forecast for this afternoon. Winds are gusting to 80 kph at the moment - we've had a lot worse.
