So, I changed my diet to near vegetarian, zeroed the booze and fags (no withdrawal symptoms to either), and separated from my partner of ~20 years (amicably, still good friends).

Well, booze and fags have never been part of my life, but I'll never be a vegetarian, unfortunately.

Wow, would never have guessed.

My progress so far...
When I started my diet on 16 Aug 2023 I weighed 88.1kg and a waist of 113cm and had the muscular structure of jello.
Today I weigh 75.7kg and a 97cm waist with much better posture and musculature.
