The last two (of eight) books are not yet copyright in the United States of America.

The seventh book will be available 1st Jan 2037.

The eighth book will be available 1st Jan 2040.

I doubt Inktree is paying any royalties. The Anne books are all in the public domain everywhere, apart maybe from later editions with new illustrations.
