I give up on trying workarounds to download the book. No matter what device I try or what browser, I get the same error message I've tried my laptop, desktop, netbook, Nook HD+ and Nook HD and every browser I have on them (3-4 per device). Nothing works.

I'm going to start asking Harlequin for another free ebook code or my 2000 Rewards points back if they can't just email me a copy of the book.

Remember when I bought it full price at Kobo with coupon and it was an incomplete book? I emailed the author who sent me a paperback signed copy. It's my most prize treasure but I kept it on my wish list at Amazon. I've watched it fall from 18.99 to 13.99 to 11.99 to 8.99 and finally at my purchase price point! $3.99. I bought mine from Google Play.

Roxanne St. Clare told me she thinks it's one of her best books. I can't wait to finally read this book! Whatever you do don't buy it from Kobo!

Back when I first discovered UF, this was one of the series that got me hooked. Be warned though that it is definitely UF, not PNR. Riley gets involved with several different guys over the course of the series, and is sometimes involved with two guys in the same book (not menage, just not an exclusive relationship ). She's a wolf shifter, and in this world, fidelity isn't expected or encouraged until you meet your soul mate. Riley does finally settle down with the guy that is right for her and there is an HEA at the very end of the series. She's a likable heroine, very smart, strong, not TSTL.

I've gotten my points back for invalid codes which didn't work. The one time I purchased the wrong book, they gave me my points back, but the wrong book was also removed from my library (I had accidentally purchased the same book twice, which I didn't think you could do, but I was wrong )

Yes, I am happy to be refunded. I've never had any problem downloading anything from anywhere before. Harlequin customer service seems to only work during weekdays (no evenings or weekends) but they are quite fast to get back to you, less than 24 hrs and no hassle with the refund.

I've dealt with Kobo customer service and they are so very slow to get back to you and the response has little to do with your problem. Harlequin has them beat hands down.
