Books I've bought lately have been missing from my library also. Filling out the contact form and then calling restored them, but why is everything with Kobo such a battle? I'd hate to know the total hours I've spent contacting Kobo about issues.

Somewhat recently I recall JSWolf (?) And others (?) Posting (in another thread) re finding their new purchases in the 'trash' instead of in their Library.

This could have had something to do with their initially having downloaded a Preview of the book

Anyway, perhaps you could checkout your Trash ....

Nah, they're just not there and I have to be proactive to restore them.

When my various ereaders go to that gadget graveyard in the sky, I'll have to think long and hard if I want to risk dealing with Kobo even though I'm a member of the church of epubs.

The irony is that all four books I bought from the US store with 90% codes are missing, but the Canadian and New Zealand books are all there.

A quick call restored my book. The rep said she just refreshed my library. This may explain why sometimes the books appear later.
