Hello, my Kobo Clara started going very slow and I tried to backup the image then restore it.

That didn´t work, so I would be grateful if someone could DM me an Image for the SD card.

You need to have Private Messaging enabled. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added. You can try posting in the Requests to enable Private Messages to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

Once that is done, either repost here or send me a PM and I'll send you the link to the image.

Clara HD bricked
Hello,

My Clara HD is stuck/bricked on this screen (see pic attached).

I understand I might be able to fix this issue with a new image and SD card.

I have a fresh SD card, card reader and I use a Mac. Any advice/help appreciated. Many thanks!

Same here, my Clara was working perfectly a week ago, and yesterday I opened it just to find square symbols everywhere.
Tried the manual reset but looking at how many people are posting here, it seems it's not really working.

If someone could send a link to a fresh image I'd really appreciate it !

Kobo Clara HD not working - image needed to test
Hi all,

Yesterday my Kobo Clara HD got frozen, resetting the device or disconnecting and reconnecting the battery doesn't seen to work.

Before giving up on it, I'd like to try to reimage the SDCard. Anyone wiling to share one?

hi, my kobo clara HD (N249) doesn't work anymore after the firmware update. can someone send me the image of the sd card?
Just flash it or do I have to edit some files for the different serials?
