Agreed. Then again, my motto on that is 'fail often'. Or to paraphrase Batman (a true source of wisdom), "Wayne, why do we fall down? To learn to get back up again". The whole point of this system is that people should learn from their mistakes and produce better products. Humans are resourceful creatures, eventually they manage to get it right. It is my esteem wish that iRex's employees have a sober reflection on what went wrong and manage to get it right the next time.
