I know, I know! Problem is: so easy to do MR and smoking at the same time (double-tasking?)

And I was so happy not to be the only MR member to quit!
It's not really an excuse, but I've hit a really rough patch, and I stopped talking the damned anti-depressant that was suppose to help me quit but messed up my mind even more than everything else happening around me.

As of now (finishing last ciggie in the pack) I'm quitting. Promise to you and Adrian. If I turn into a nasty bitch, excuse me, it won't last.

Now, where can I find lollipops?

Oh, don't make any promises on our account. Neither of us have ever smoked (aside from the occasional bit of fish and poultry and "shrunken head"), and we cede any right to sanctimonious finger-waggling. We think it's a very fine thing to regain such a degree of self-determination against things one knows are doing you significant harm, and our admiration remains purely empathetic and genuine rather than condescending and "approving", seeing as there's no shortage of things besides cigarettes that also do you harm, and our own success at their avoidance is about as "roaring" as the sigh of a spermatazoon gone astray.

My closest sibling is the Antichrist. Growing up, she was a "nasty bitch" on her good days, so my tolerance for demoniac behaviour should be at a satisfactory level.
