Stimmt, das ist lächerlich. Was er dabei auch vergisst ist, dass man beim Cooler-Er im Gegensatz zum Kindle wenigstens auch für DRM geschützte Bücher nicht exklusiv an den Bookstore des Herstellers gebunden ist.

Er ist eben verliebt in den (seinen ?) Kindle und deshalb will er sich gar nicht ernsthaft mit dem Cool-er beschäftigen.

So sieht es für mich aus.

Da glaubt doch keiner ernsthaft, dass der ein Konkurrenzprodukt empfiehlt, an dem die NYT nichts mitverdient ...

Hast Du eigentlich in der ersten oder zweiten Mail darauf hingewiesen, daß Du im MR-Forum live und in Farbe über den Fortgang der Reklamationsbearbeitung berichtest? Das könnte vielleicht hinsichtlich der schnelleren Abwicklung nützlich sein ...
