Never had a cholesterol problem before, but I have one now, after seeing this image. To complete the fast food masterpiece, I think, some hot dogs sticked in that thing like candles would look delicious.

Home-made pizza, with tomato sauce (canned or jarred), low-moisture part-skin mozzarella (low in fat), turkey pepperoni (low in grease), basil, oregano, garlic, occasionally dill, onions, mushrooms. It takes as long to make it as it takes to wait for the local delivery boys to bring one, the ingredients are superior in quality to delivery pizza, and it costs about $5.

Home-made pizza is also a very fun activity to do with your children. Even if it comes out burnt it still tastes like it was made with love (and cheap sauce).
