Any other nominations, tweaks, suggestions? I'll give it another day and then I think we can take the slate as set and move to scheduling, so we have it done mid-month.

Would someone like to set up the new calendar and propose it to the club for any tweaking?

(A reminder which I'm sure no one needs that according to our enumeration, the slate would start with the book for October, 2018 and run through July, 2019.)

ETA: I've made a judgment call that I hope is acceptable and the ten themes in the second post are official.

Ok, here's one proposed slate:

October - Lost in Translation: Other Tongues
November - Naturally Gifted: Prodigies
December - The Way I Heard It: Retellings
January - Murder, They Wrote: Deadly
February - You're Never Too Young: Children
March - Let's Make a Deal: Trade Secrets
April - Just for Fun: Guilty Pleasures
May - Into the Labyrinth: The Quest
June - Out of This World!: Otherwhence
July - Lies and Misdirection: Unreliable Narrators

To me, none of these themes really says "I belong in this month not that month" so the order doesn't make much difference and I really doubt I would object to any order.

If anyone does have a preference for something speak up though. I just didn't have any reason to shuffle them yet.

With October being the Halloween season, I think I'd start with Out of This World!: Otherwhence, because it seems like it could accommodate horror and weirdness.
