Yes, each article is considered as a chapter in the table of contents. Why don't include also the built-in table of contents of each Wikipedia article as sub-chapters?

If I grab one or two articles, that would be fine.

But if I'm making a book with tens or hundreds of articles, that would be awful. I'd much rather have a TOC of just the articles.

If you want a more detailed TOC, use calibre's existing built in TOC editors to automatically generate one from the headings. That also allows you to control the depth of headings that get added.

There is a toc editor in the epub editor, and the same toc editor (I think) is available directly in calibre, but you might have to edit the menus and icons to add it.

Out of interest, almost 4½ years later, I tried the example from post #83 (German Wikipedia, "Hexe") again. It seems not to have been resolved, an eBook created with this article is empty/misses it. Why?

Btw, Calibre also

- tags this book as being "English" (instead of "German"), and
- uses English names in Wiki Reader eBooks (like "Article") in spite of my GUI being in German.

Thanks for this plugin. To date I have read about 50 Wikipedia articles thanks to this plugin.

But, I really need an adjustment. I've been going through the Python code but can't find anything. Is there a way to NOT export the hyperlinks to the EPUB?

Thank you very much for this plugin; the only "problem" is that it does not include the "infobox", which sometimes has important info.
