I've got order '2630' shipping date was supposed to be 2/11
It's new home is in London, so hopefully Monday but who knows.

- I've emailed Bookeen for an update, will let you folks know if I hear anything.

To those of you who have received a shipping notice - does your order information on the Bookeen site reflect this? Does it show tracking number or anything?

No my order on the Bookeen site still says shipping date Nov 2nd. It doesn't indicate that it has already shipped. We've just received the Fedex noticiation and tracking numbers via email.

I ordered last Tuesday, order #3631. Have not heard anything on shipping but they were quick to charge my credit card

I think its one of the Pro's of buying a device from the likes of Sony : you just know that at the very least you'll get some sort of service, with Bookeen I'm not so convinced.

I emailed them on monday at 20.20(Paris time) and got an answer at 01.08 (Paris time) - I thought that was fast - guess they are working at night

I am still waiting for my shipping confirmation - my orderID is 3008.

No - just got a tracking e-mail direct from FedEx.
