I can't find any information about Kelly LeBrock having Cancer. She has been an outspoken spoks person for people living with Cancer.

This is all I managed to get with a search: "In 2008, after the death of her brother, Harold, LeBrock decided to devote her time to the terminally ill. She is currently the celebrity spokesperson for "Club Carson", whose members are children suffering from cancer."

If she has cancer, she seems to be keeping it out of the media very well.

She's still beautiful.

actually it looks like she had one botox injection too many in her lips

quite possible, but she always did have pretty big lips.

She's still a good looking lady, she looks older than she is I think, at least in a few photos I have seen.

She's just getting older, as we all are (except those of us who are dead). Growing old gracefully or disgracefully is a personal decision the rest of us need not judge.

I've been looking at other people's lists. More impressive than mine would be if I could think of anything to put on it.

Growing also implies some learning that makes you better or wiser. Most people just become old, without the growing part.

As for not being jugdemental: My mom refuses to grow old, she was an unearthly beauty once and loosing her looks made her weird. It started about the time when she was 40 and got more virulent yearly. When she was 50 it was so nervwrecking my granny once said to her in front of me and my best friend on a Sunday Lunch: "If you proceed by getting younger everytime I see you this rapidly, I'll soon be able to have you aborted!"

And my gran was neither rude nor did she talk about "bodyly" things!!! It was desperate annoyance speaking through her.

A couple of month my mom was talking about herself (favourite topic, as you will have guessed) in a way that made me wonder and I asked of her how old she is. I got her unguarded and the answer was: "40!"

Given the fact I am 47 and her real life is 71 this was a very strange moment.

OTH nothing could have told my more about growing old, a knowledge that seems to make it quite easy for me. What I've learned is: You have to make sure people have other reasons to want to be with you than your looks. Those who are fun, make interesting conversation and are witty never fear to loose their looks and most often hadn't any worth mentioning from the start. So all there is about growing old is to try to be beautiful instead of looking beautiful.

I guess it didn't come across as I meant it, but I was saying that Kelly is simply getting older and from what I have read she is also growing, by Poppaea's definition of "Growing" older, she does a lot of work with Cancer patients and their families. If everyone with the means did the same, they could make a huge difference.

Everyones lists are their own, and if for some reason thinking that wasting an entire life devoted to adventures and not by spending it as a husband, father and with luck, a happy grandfather that plays in the park with his grand kids, then I think our definitions are vastly different. What many people think of as a wasted life could very well be the other peoples perfect life. Someone mentioned "The Grass is Greener" effect and I think that is a human condition and we all do it.

I know a beautiful lady in her 70's that has the cam attitude, in her youth she was also a beauty, but she is refusing to admit to herself that she has aged, I applaud her on the one hand for being so tenacious and refusing to grow old in her mind. But on the other hand I feel sorry for her, for she has deluded herself for so long and as the end grows near for her she is only scared and in the end she will have no one with her because she has pushed everyone away that has told her the truth.
