Are Kobo contest codes lower and equal to 35% useful to anybody when there are working multi-use codes of 35% on the first page?

My understanding was that only the ones marked as unlimited are unlimited. ..none on the 1st page are marked unlimited, except one that is restricted to a list....

Edit....oops i meant multi-use. But same thing applies, the ones on the first page can be used more than once, BUT only once per account. So people who only buy from one account, can only use those codes once still.

I think Comeback3cl86 is a 35% multi-use code I was using all the time in India store.
I wonder if it works multiple times in USA, CA or UK

If there are mistakes on the first page, it's best to let pdurrant know. I rely on their accuracy and don't bother trying to use codes that aren't supposed to work. I did try that at the start, but just gave up because it was too frustrating when none were working....

oh, and probably no one wants the utter crap codes I've been getting this contest, but since I'm going to the work of playing, i figure if i put them in using the spoiler feature, if someone does have a use for them, that's great.

As I have used all the codes on the front page and they do not work as multiuse for me (in the US or German stores) I do find the 30 and 35% codes useful.

I agree with orangekiwi. I buy 99 cent books now and then so the 35 off still represent a decent bargain. Last time, I used a 35 off on a 2.99 book so it's still not a bad use!

Kobo has done this on and off for years. They don't seem to even know why it happens.

Well, that's not exactly the case with Amazon. Logged in, I've browsed for certain things and found higher prices than when I'm logged out. Logged out, a few years ago I was shopping for an item and it came up as a good price. When I logged in, that vendor/price did not come up in the search. So I had to go back, find the link and THEN buy that particular lower-priced item. I've seen that happen a few times with Amazon. So I'm not so sure they are any different when it comes to trying to show higher prices and sometimes having a lower price out there that random people might be able to see. In both cases where I bought the item, it did let me BUY the lower price--but the only way to find it was to go back to my original, outside of Amazon, search, save the link, and then go log in and use that link.

Big thanks to Uschiekid for posting the codes. Just used a 30% off coupon for a CAD$40 dollar book.

It's really brilliant as it works on this book even when the codes on the first page don't work.

I can't play the contest unless I use a VPN and reregister using new email accounts so any code is of value to me.
