East India Company's 'Royal Breakfast' tea, a double shot steeped for 3 minutes and 45.2 seconds. Approximately.

I really was moved by those videos Astra shared. I think I like tea even more than ever now! I wonder if soon I'll begin chewing tea leaves? In Nepal and parts of western China the locals eat tea flavored with Yak butter. I wonder if I can get Yak butter in Kyoto?

This could be Mrs.Stitch in the near future...

I never steep non china black longer than 3 minutes. Even with single dosage

I just got to watch the videos astra posted. It is interesting how she suggests that steeping greens 3-5 minutes and Oolongs for such a short period of time. I am going to have to play with this. I have really enjoyed my green teas with 1-2 minutes steep.

Baozhong oolong was very interesting. Green oolong indeed.Somewhat reminds green tea with jasmine, but not quite.

I really enjoyed my Baozhong experience. Maybe I will make a pot to have with my giant chocolate chip cookie after a nap.
