Yes, they do.

And books from the publishers in the British based countries are generally a lot more expensive than from the publishers in the US based countries.

This applies to the same book published in different countries.

And the prices in India have gone berserko over the last perhaps month (?). They're way silly prices like AUD 42 for a 3 book set, when the individual books are maybe AUD 14. And when the 3 book set is around AUD16 in the US CA and AU.

So as we know they stuff up India's prices quite a bit, so it looks like we just ride this oddity out. Well that is, hopefully Kobo will notice that the prices are stuffed up.

It's a code that can be used on any eligible book. Well that's how it's supposed t work.

It's just extraordinary that they've stuffed up with both the codes they've given you.

Regarding Customer Service, I sent an email to Kobo in December requesting a refund for a defective ebook bought in July. A couple of days later I got a reply stating that my account would be credited and it was a couple of days more later.
So far, pretty much all my interactions with Kobo CS have been fine, though I sometimes have to remind them of my inquiry

I'm using a Gmail address and it seems to me that I get their replies to my emails but not the messages that they send. Maybe this is a spam thing, the spam filter in Gmail is pretty strong

Did you contact CS?
They sent me a coupon code for a free book (very limited selection to choose from) for buying an H2O and it definitely didn't work.
I contacted CS, they emailed back asking for screenshots (I sent 3, but I'm sure that was overkill) and they responded with a new code that worked.
