I had an early morning blood test today so missed my morning tea. Rough way to begin the day. Making up for it now with Fortnum & Mason's "Royal Blend." Good stuff!

It sound sparanoid but I travelled through the Soviet Union as a 15 and 17 year old and had KGB tails.
This happened to use several times in Burma. Once, we were photographing Yangon and had constant tails following us everywhere we went. They weren't even trying to be inconspicuous. Our driver had to phone 'his wife' every time we wanted to go somewhere else, and by the time we would arrive the same 4-5 people where waiting for us, and formed a loose 'box' around us, try to see if we were contacting any locals. It wasn't very comforting...

Thanks. I can actually get it sent over to the UK as I have relatives in South Africa, like the biltong (beef and ostrich jerky, for the uninitiated)that I get from time-to-time. Yum.

Another mug of Fortunm & Mason's 'Royal Blend' tea. I really like this tea!

I will be away for a few days, leaving tomorrow afternoon, and I don't know if I'll have internet access. Maybe yes... Maybe no...

You could order it from NBTea. Free delivery. You could order a sample of green Rooibos just to try it, or a Sample collection.
I didn't fall in love with any flavoured Rooibos and resorted to a standard one. On the other hand there are many Ladies over here who love flavoured Rooibos teas. I am not a good example because apparently I like only straight teas (with a few exceptions)

Thanks for the pointers. My problem is I don't like tea, and "plain" Rooibos is the closest I get (or maybe the occasional herb tea). The stuff you keep quoting sounds exotic and tempting, but it mostly just makes me gag.

Now if we were talking coffee...

You dare say that out loud ? In THIS thread ?

Green tea and a bowl of yoghurt.

Ooh, if you don't check in with a song in the mornings, my roommate might shoot me. You see, being halfway around the world, I get your morning song in the evenings, and since it's usually a song I know, I walk around humming or singing it the rest of the night. On the days you don't post one, I fall back on "You Were On My Mind". (In fact, that one's running through my head right now.) My roommate likes that songs as much as I do, but after a few days...

Seriously, though, have a safe trip.

In my cup - cuppa coffee #1, cream & sugar. About to head to the kitchen for cup #2.

Can someone point me to a good US web site for loose tea?
