Sorry. Unfortunately, perhaps all that I looked at for this audiobook was the average rating, not any of the reviews or the distribution of the ratings. The audio rating was 4.0, with a sufficient number of reviews to be valid (39). That, in itself, sounds okay.

I've deep-sixed some books and audiobooks because of some reviews, though, even when the average rating was respectable. Looking at the distribution of ratings is often helpful, I'm sure that that's why Amazon and GoodReads provides that information. I've often found that a book or audiobook can have a fairly high average rating, but have an unusual amount of 1's and 2's among the ratings. That's the time to dig deeper and see what the issue(s) is(are); often there is(are) issue(s) like the one that you brought up.
