Life, in many ways, is sent to us, deliberately, in order to 'try us'. "Character moulding" they often call it (or at least some do). How many more things can go wrong without feeling 'is it really worth it'. If there is anyone 'up there' he has a lot to answer for, and for him below .....

What a crappy situation with your sister!! I don't know what your solution is, hopefully it is nothing too drastic

In the meantime, if he has been doing all of that stuff on her, and kids facebook pages, are there any of those new electronic stalking/bullying laws where she lives? I know a lot of states have enacted them recently so that may be an option.

Sorry to hear about what is going on with your daughter - just what you needed on top of everything else right

Not knowing all the details there is every chance that that will work out eventually. My sister in laws daughter disowned her once, moved out, wouldn't talk to her, wouldn't let her see her grand-daughter, said some really nasty things to, and about, her. She is now back at home, they get along fairly well and everything is mostly right with the world. Granted, it did take a few years for the reconciliation, but it still happened.

The Facebook nonsense is problematic.
It just involves the kids and he hasn't crossed enough lines yet.
The last attempt at a cyber bullying law tanked here.

I've got this handled, though.
Just waiting to hear from certain parties.

today is going to be a doozy. last night I was on the landline fairly late (almost 10 pm) checking on things on the home front. my cell charger has somehow gotten smashed and my cell was almost out of juice. apparently the pastor was trying to call and of course got a busy signal. he called someones cell phone here at the house to talk to my Mom. there are 6 women in this house 5 of whom have cell phones. I graciously got off of the phone when asked. this morning my mother told me that she had NEVER been so embarassed as last night because I was on the phone when he called. obviously he got through.

I give up. I can't do a damn thing right.

I'm trying to. I came down to the basement at 9 last night, only surfaced once this morning to get the update and my ass chewed and have returned to the basement where I will remain until hunger drives me back upstairs or I just go somewhere. like to get a cell phone charger
