Pot one of Pu erh.
Astra has pointed out that weight lose is suppose to be connected to Pu Erh consumption. I have not had Pu erh every day since I started experimenting with it but I do drink enough that I have had to refill my TG order once and I have gone through a decent amount of the bricks/sphere/mushroom varients that I have as well as all the Rishi Pu Erh I bought. I have lost about 6 pounds since starting drinking Pu Erh. Now, I have gotten into a better exercise rythem, I am working on the eliptical at the gym for 30-45 minutes 3 times a week, taking a 45 minute spin class, taking tennis lessons twice a week, and the like. I would say that is possible that there is some correlation between Pu Erh and weight lose in my case but it could be spurious. |

Partly, yes.
I did "poorly" on my entrance exam and was the second person to pay "full tuition"*. I did exceptionally well the first year, and paid only 100 bucks for the second year's tuition - the rest was covered by the Ministry. ** We have a system where one part (the best part) has free tuition, the cost of which is covered by the ministry. Then there's one part of students that pay a bit more, then a bit more, then a bit more.... until you come to the full price, then the rest pay the full price. * our Ministry claims that even we, who pay full tuition, do not pay the full price and that they cover some part... Basically, they claim the price we pay is not high enough. ** They calculated my grades from Law school in here, and they shouldn't have, so I didn't get it completely free. I should have, since I had all As. I was not in Croatia to bitch at them for that (I was already in Madrid when they did that), so I'll have to complain now. |

I think it helps to break up fat and improves digesting, so we go to toilet better. Don't know about the toilet part, but I do feel better when I drink Pu-Erh after some heavy meal. Hence, Fairy for stomach term ![]() Speaking of the Devil. Cup #7. Pu-Erh. Leaves from cake 1992. This time, instead of a tea spoon of tea leaves and 3 minutes steeping, I put 1 really heaped tea spoon and steeped for 1 minute only. ![]() I will repeat it a few more times to verify but I am pleasantly surprised. Next time my wife wants Pu-Erh I will make her a cup my way and see what she thinks. |

Oh and we don't get grades for hiking/sports/swimming/pilates/whatever. We just need to do it for a "signature" from the teacher, without which we can not enroll to a higher year. We have PE for the first 2 years. Some faculties have that, some do not.

![]() I didn't have PE lessons in Israeli Uni where I had to pay a lot for my education. As far as I know they don't have it in the UK Unis. |

Cuppa #8
A new batch of samples or to be more precise back to the old, unfinished oolong samples from NBTea. Black Dragon. ![]() It smells better than it tastes. Not saying that it tastes bad. It has an interest flavour, but the aroma is (considering I have a sweet tooth) more intriguing, sweet! |

Getting to know you, Putting it my way, But nicely, You are precisely, My cup of tea. ![]() Feeling very British this morning... Good morning everyone! A lovely last day of the Golden Week holidays. Should be some really massive traffic jams today as everyone heads home. I'll stay off the highways! Starting this day with some East India Company's 'Royal Blend.' It really does hit the spot! I just got my order from Gong Fu. The Milk Oolong is to die for. It is a unique taste but so yummy. There is a hint of sweetness to it. I made it in my Oolong pot, yes I have an Oolong pot, and it was simply awesome. the leaves were huge. Good, good stuff. Not like any other Oolong I have had.
I am loving Gong Fu. OK so forgetting the dental care note when your father is a Dentist is just wrong. Hilarious but wrong. And who the heck requires a note about your dental health? |
