AO3's continuing problems. archive.transformativeworks.org doesn't allow login. See: https://github.com/JimmXinu/FanFicFa...s#mirror-sites

Either try use_archiveofourown_gay, remove/comment out the username setting in personal.ini (if that series doesn't need login), or try Browser Cache instead.

i feel like an idiot, but i can't get the plugin to consistently download from spacebattles... i get this error when i try

but for some stories i've downloaded before, it seems to pull new chapters correctly... what am i doing wrong?

That story doesn't appear to require login. Do you have always_login:true set without username/password?

Other than that, had you done a lot of downloads before that happened? Sometimes sites block (usually temporarily) 'too many' requests.

Question: I have AO3's orphan_account set to replace to "Unknown."

If I also want to add an ao3:orphaned tag to a column by duplicating the entry, way to do that before the replace_metadata? I don't appy to Unknown directly as it also covers Anonymous.

Use .NOREPL in the include_in_X.

I've updated everything, tried it both logged in and logged out, with use_browser_cache true and false (always use browser cache false) but I'm getting this:

Tried via email updates and maually updating from calibre. I know it's a cloudfare thing, and I've got slow_down_sleep_time:4 in my defaults, but beyond that I don't know what to do.

Is there a way to set it to automatically pull pdf/html/epub, or is it better to get one of those and then covert it, after the fact? Thank you.

FanFicFare's most 'native' format is epub. It can contain images and allows for updating. That's what I recommend, even for users who then convert to azw3 for Kindle, or other formats for other uses.

Thank you for the prompt response. I'm currently pulling errors, despite login creds being in place, and that I'm pretty sure I'm not spamming it. I've tried one link several times over at least 5 hours.

Same, I'm getting errors, and I've tried turning on only cache, logging in, logging out, cutting out all is_adult:true, putting them back in, everything I can think of.

Never had this much trouble with AO3

I've had pretty consistent, successful downloads using

use_archiveofourown_gay:true

This is under the AO3 section in my personal.ini:
