I ended up listening to multiple versions of this song after one of my neighbours had his son land in hospital in very serious condition after wiping out his father's Tesla Model 3 street racing. Slow down while driving in the rain? What a novel concept.

The picture doesn't correspond with the real band. Hung Jury broke up around 2003, they were only a band for a couple years, and the band was nothing more than a bunch of awesome kids/friends (around 16 years old at the time) playing in basements, small clubs, house parties, etc in the Louisville, KY DIY Punk Rock scene.

It's crazy how the internet works. Don't ignore local/unsigned bands because they just might be your favorite.
