I had the same problem as you with downloading multiple books. I did receive a credit for the missing books. However, have either of you tried rebuying & downloading the books? Have they fixed the problem?

The broken links for the books I tried to buy have now been cleared away.

Now I have to decide if I want to risk rebuying them before I know for sure that the problem has been fixed!

Angry CRAP!
I just rebought the books that I didn't get the first time & I struck out again!

This time I didn't even get the books! Instead of taking me to where I could down load the books, it just took me back the the ezread home page and the links aren't in my account page either!

I am not a happy camper.

Were you using "myEzRead.com" or "EzRead.com"? (They are supposed to be the same. )

Last week, I was getting bounced back, like you at ezread.com.
Now it works and shows the 1 title I did get ($ for other was refunded) on my original order.

Because presumably, the Astak device sellers would like people to buy ebooks from the Astak ebook store instead of BoB or Powell's. The device page just hasn't been updated with a link to the new store yet.

I'm not holding out for PayPal, but I don't buy DRM.

(Also, for some reason the bookstore is blocked from work. No *other* ebook stores are blocked, not even ones like Torquere; I have no idea what's in ezread.com/myezread.com's metadata that triggers work's nanny software. It worked last week. Hm.)
