I ordered a screen protector called Kai off of ebay. It's shipping from Hong Kong so it may take a week or two. I will upload some photos as soon as I receive it. It was only USD $10.99 so wasn't a hugh investment.

Vikuiti DQC-160

Just to add an other product and opinion:
I applied the 3M Vikuiti DQC-160 on my PRS600. Easy to apply and good fit.
Nice smooth surface - very resilient to dirt and fingerprints. However, slightly worse in the glare department. Not quite sure I would recommend it, but it is not that bad that I would remove it immediately.

I applied the ARMR 200 to my Sony 600 and to be honest I see no noticable difference. It does however show up the finger prints much worse than the original screen. I'm probably going to ditch it but I'll give it another day or two yet to see if it improves.

Thanks drmaxx and hogan for reporting on these, as I was looking at them as options; wrightde - let us know about your screen protector when it comes. I'm trying to avoid spending as much on screen protectors as I did on the reader!

The glare is caused by the extra layer from the touch sensor film. Essentially putting the text that much deeper into the unit. So adding an anti-glare film will only exasperate the problem. I tilt my PRS-600 to take care of the problem. But, good luck in your quest.

I have not had to clean the Sony screen, apart from when applying the ARM film, but I will definitely have to do so if I continue to use the film.
Yup. fingerprints do stick more to the ARMR200 but it is very easy to wipe clean. just use a microfiber cloth, tissue, or cleaning cloth for glasses

I have never seen any film I thought improved visibility. I would not consider putting anything on my 600.

So I think I can upload these pics now. I finally got my Kai screen protector. It seems to work pretty well. Here are the pics before and after.

Here is the link to the item I ordered:

http://cgi.ebay.com/kai-Anti-Glare-S...item3ca6e3629b

I ordered this for the Archos 7 and it fit my PRS-900 almost perfectly. The bottom page number strip is the only part that it does not cover. I like it enough to leave it on. It also does get the fingerprints but not too bad.

This does not seem to interfer with the touch screen capabilities at all. I did recalibrate anyway just to fine tune...

As well as this works, it does not prevent all glare. I don't think anything we find will do that....

Just my $.02

I was able to get a free sample of the AMR200 Anti-reflection. For those that want to try to get one, what I did was say I was a doctor, and put in the name of a local hospital, with my home address. Reason: For touch screen devices.

I am still using my Vikuiti DQC-160 - (see my assessment above). I am using the touch screen a lot and having the extra protection is worth the slightly worse glare. I can confidently wipe off the muck and dirt with anything (e.g. paper towels) without any fear of scratches (which would bug me way more then glare). After heavy use the protection does not show any kind of wear. Even at the corner that I use for turning the page, I can not identify any wear.

As a previous Prs-505 owner, I'm quite dissatisfied from glare issue on Prs-600, really dissapointing, but I give a try to Lexerd's TrueVue anti-glare screen protector.

Bought from Amazon.com, will ship to my country in just 4 days, working perfectly, glare is reduced by at least 50%, almost same quality in prs-505, no lost in contrast.

Wish I take before/after photos, The item is strongly recommended !

im speakin from experience here...i have not found one yet that reduces glare...and I have looked high and low. sniff sniff.....now i just change my chair position so that there is not so much glare. Honestly it is the only thing about the PRS600 that i dont like.
