Smart move! Actually, and this is a tightly held secret that I would not want to get out the general populace, even though I have dark brown hair, my eyelashes are blond. Being a bit self conscious (okay, more than a bit ) and concerned about my appearance, I use mascara to darken my lashes, thus giving me that youthful look.

I've never had my top and bottom lashes get stuck together with mascara (other stuff, yes...). I have been known to put a few lines on my cheek when applying it, and if there's any hint of moisture anywhere near my eyes, it all dissolves and makes me look like a panda. Except for one, which has stayed on even in the shower. It's also the only non-waterproof one I use
