I came up with three more, all about eyes:

She had the kind of eyes that only a woman can have – until I realized she was a man.

Her eyes were dark and mysterious, and that made me think of my bathtub that still had a dirty ring around the porcelain and refused to drain.

Her eyes were beautiful and mysterious - not too far apart and not to close together, but somewhat equidistant from the width of her nose when measured longitudinally from the rest of her face, which seemed to be all right angles from where I was standing.

For some odd reason, I'm getting Google ads in French at the bottom of my screen and I speak French about as well as Vivaldi translates it.
