Unfortunately there's no Playon channel for MHz (or Acorn, Britbox etc.) - I can only access them as Prime or Hulu add-on channels...

For the past few years Lifetime Movie Network has been included in the 2-mos-for-99cents-a-month deals for Prime Day and for Black Friday. Not this year though. Bummer. I always look forward to bingeing on these silly movies.

Kindle Oasis (2019 release)

This Oasis is 3 years old and quite old for an Amazon device. I'm surprised it hasn't been upgraded by now and also surprised that they aren't lowering the price even further. It's Prime Day price of $174.99 matches its previous low prices from the last three Black Fridays.

C'mon Amazon, you can afford to knock the price down even further, since I'm fairly certain you have a new model about to be released.

Amazon promptly credited my account with the $12.50 promo for buying a gift card. I applied that and the earlier $10 "stamp" promo to a new robot vacuum that was on sale for less than half price. I was tempted to wait till Prime Day, when the credit card cash-back is one percent extra, but didn't want to gamble on the vacuum being sold out or going up in price for just a few bucks. Quick question slightly related to the deal on Amazon Prime Video channels: If anyone has signed up for Discovery+ AND uses the Prime Roku channel, can you access the January 6 documentary "Unprecedented" via Roku? I can't even FIND it, let alone view it (but can see it on the PC or tablet). I picked up the Discovery+ deal for this one program this morning, so I am bummed. Amazon is clueless about any Roku issue so far.
