it does say that Fear is outsold by Micheal Wolff's Fear and Fury which has sold over 2 million
Fire and Fury has been available since early January, Fear has only been available since September 11th.

Fire and Fury is also already as paperback for those that dislike hardcover, though not really at a discount (e.g. Amazon $19.12 hardcover vs $18 paperback).

I think the paperback Fire and Fury comes out in January 2019.
