I have had very poor experiences with chat. It was usually someone who didn't appear to be fluent in English. I have had better luck with phone calls until now. When I got the wrong phone a second time, I ended up on long calls with three different people because I kept getting cut off. That may have been my fault as I was having wifi issues. Two of them could not understand what my problem was! They spoke unaccented English, so it wasn't a language problem. One person actually told me that I didn't have a choice of what phone I received, that it would be either AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. I don't see a confusion if the person is fluent in English and lives in America.
I do however see a problem if the person's first language is not English and they live in a different country. Since most people not in America, do not have a clue to how America works. They do not comprehend that we have choices.

Want a laugh, I talked to someone in another country that thought all french fries were identical to McDonalds french fries. It took three forum pages to get through to her that those are McDonalds french fries and every restaurant has their own version and may or may not be called french fries. Hint to country: they call their french fries chips and their potato chips crisps.

Little secret: The next time you get caught in the key word loop, just tell them that your accent is having a hard time understanding them and can they please connect you to someone else. If you make them think the problem is you and not them, it gets faster results.

None of the reps I spoke to had an accent, and it states in simple English -

At this point probably not. I am going to send the email and see what happens. I'm just so pissed at the treatment I've received. I also have a screen protector,cover and skin purchased. Two from Amazon so I can return those.

Yes, that looks like simple English to us. That doesn't mean it is simple to someone else.
Not necessarily intelligence but depending on the knowledge base of the person, they could read that as you will get one of those three.
Knowledge base is why to keep requests and comments very very simple. You usually have no clue whether the person actually uses what you are asking about or whether they are reading from a guide that was written in very simple terms to help the general population.
I know I wouldn't ask an Amazon rep how to use a slow cooker. I would ask a West bend rep and hope I get lucky.

It looks like after reading the reviews that they had mislabeled stock. This is why you received the wrong phone twice. They should make it good once they get the actual phone in stock. Be sure to get your email to Jeff soon.

Those few returns are not going to get you on that list. Especially since it was the wrong item.
Amazon does not put you on a can't buy list, they put you on a can't return list after sending you a letter telling you to watch your returns. In the 33% percent case, they just got letters telling them to watch their returns. Nothing else.
The only people I have heard they did that too had at least a 33% return ratio. Most had over 50%. The one I did read about that got his account closed admitted to returning 90% of what was bought on his account.
Do you fit any of those categories?

They did have the phones mislabeled, and I told them that. It was an Amazon barcode that was put on the box. I didn't even open the box because it said Tmobile on it. Although that was in small print because Amazon put the incorrect label right over top of Tmobile in large print. I didn't open either box so they wouldn't have to sell it as used. Maybe I should put that in the email too.

Thanks. I remember that Harry said that now. I have had 101 orders in the last six months! I have about 7-10 items in my subscribe and save every month and each item counts as one order.
