My Kodi Aura H20 has crashed and won't reset. I wonder if the onboard SD card has corrupted. Can someone please send me a PM with a link to a factory reset image.

It's hard to tell what's lighting artifact and what's screen in that quality of photo, but it could be a broken substrate.
