Not much in the way of freebies or sales for the past several days. And Kristen Ashley sucked me into Sweet Dreams which was a solid 4. I don't know what it is about her books but I'll start one thinking I'll read a few chapters and then I'm reading for hours at a time until the end.

That was the book that got me hooked on her stories.

I agree no good sales or freebies. I haven't seen anything good in a long time. Right now real life is so tough I don't have much time to read like I want to.

Open Road Media just released a few backlist titles that they acquired from Ereads. I got invited to read them on Netgalley. They sound like epic, old-school romances to me! Hope you feel better soon.

Have you read the whole Rock Chick series? I think the sheer number of Kristen Ashley books has me moving them to around my TBR pile. Yet I'm in this glut now of reading whole series [and authors] at a time.

Just FYI for those with have-to-read-series-in-order-itis, none of her gothic romances are actually part of a series. They are all stand-alone titles, just set in roughly the same time period. The last two (His Wicked Sins and Seduced by a Stranger) are my favorites, but I liked the first three well enough.

This is the only one I didn't have in digital, so yay.

No I haven't read the whole series yet, I've gotten through RC #6 then someone posted here (you?) that KA says that Breathe (Colorado Mountain #4) should be read before RC #8. So I stopped RC and picked up CM. 2 more to read in CM then back to RC.

Glomming KA would be hard for me because the length of her books makes each one a kind of mini-glom. I do best with her if I read 1 or 2 then leave her for a month or 2, then come back. I think if I glommed her I would stop being unintentionally sucked in to her stories.
