They do have a mobile version, I have it on my phone, and it does work to download the epub, just a bit differently than SugarSync does.
When I download on Copy through the phone, it gives a message that no preview is available, I select download and it asks me where I want to save the file, I select the directory and it works that way. On SugarSync though, as soon as I click on an epub, it asks what application I want to use to view the file, I select Aldiko, and it downloads automatically and the Aldiko app opens up with the book on the shelf ready to be opened to read. The process being somewhat different is probably where it hangs on the Kobo. I'm perfectly happy using SugarSync for just my library then and Copy for all else, since 6GB at SugarSync is more than enough for my ebooks. It would be nice to get it to work with Copy also though. |

Dropping a support ticket for Copy might help. Looking over the support section they seem to be quite responsive.

Is it to do with Library size? Mine is quite small and I've had no lockups on my iPhone or either of my iPads. Have not yet tried with my Glo.

I have about 2100 books in 405 directories for various authors for my library. It all works fine on my phone (but I refuse to ever read on the phone screen). It's just the Glo that freezes when I click on the entire library and only in Copy, the same library is fine if I use SugarSync on the Glo.
I'll try making a smaller library and see if it still happens. |

Well they are extremely quick at responding to tickets, took less then 7 hours. Not a fix but hopefully someday it will work:

bonus for verifying an .edu address ???
I'm late to this party, I think, but I just signed up today, and installed the app, and verified my email, and then when I checked my bonuses, I had TWO 5 GB bonuses - the standard one for having used a referral link, and another for having "verified an .edu email address". I haven't seen any mention of this .edu bonus before.
I use an alumni.mycollege.edu email address as my personal email address, and apparently that got me some extra space. It isn't even a regular academic mycollege.edu address, it's an alumni.mycollege.edu address through the alumni association, but I still got the bonus. So then I thought "a-ha" - if one .edu address gets a bonus, perhaps a second one will get a second bonus. So, since I work at the college I'm an alumna of, I tried my academic mycollege.edu address, and verified that, but I didn't get a second bonus. Bummer, but not unexpected. Anyway, I don't know if this will work for other folks who might be able to add an .edu address as a second address - maybe someone who has one can try it and see if it works. |

I set my reader down and went to do something else to see if that wasn't the case, but 30 minutes later it was still locked. Also the screen was totally unresponsive, you couldn't click on yes or no to cancel the script. So I'm 100% certain it wasn't just a case of not giving it enough time.
