You may be right, but this does not necessarily follow: I am writing from my ignorance, but I would have thought that since the 903 uses a different input technology, it may very well allow annotations - anyway, this message gives some hope.
Having said that, of course it would help if pocketbook people could confirm what the situation is.

Can you test "Three Men in a Boat", to see how it works with a complex layout and embedded fonts?
Thanks

Here it is. I am sorry for the blurry images, I probably should have set the macro mode on. Anyway, how the device deals with the layout is visible. The text is well readable, don't get confused :-)

This looks really nice I have to say! The letters in "Portrait-Mode" seem a bit small though. You're sure they' re easy to read?

PocketBook 902 folder structure

Can anyone confirm whether PocketBook 902 keeps folder (directory) structure for the documents? Thanks. To me, one of the most annoying problems for Kindle DX is its lacking folder/directory organization.

A couple of questions about the dictionary function on the 602/902. I hope someone can answer these:
- How do you select a word in a book that you want to look up in the dictionary?
- Does the dictionary recognize conjugated / declined forms; e.g. when I look up 'directories', does it give me the entry for 'directory' or do I get something,like 'not found'?

- Depends on the reader: With a touchscreen, you click on the word, with none you navigate through the text until the word is marked. Bothe methods are rather fast and smooth

-yes, most do, but it depends on the quality of the dictionaries, too. Most english dictionaries recognize conjugation/declination.

@mtravellerh
Thanks for the quick answer. The only question that remains now for me is which of the new PB models would suit me best. But that's something I must answer for myself.

Is there a way to browse the web on the 902? I would love to be able to check my gmail with it ;-)

In PDFs, it is very slow to navigate to the word in document you want to lookup (jumping between the lines, in particular - about 4 seconds). In EPUBs, it's almost instant. Also the dictionary made the device hang several times.

Great! Thank you!

And I have another question. Is it possible to read cbz comic books? They are basically a collection of images into a zip file.
