Don't those doctors understand that they just need to give him a deep-fried Mars bar or some Scots Tablet and a whisky chaser? Then he'll calm down rapidly.

Silly person, asking the inmates and gatekeepers how to escape. As if they would know.

The answer is really quite simple: the blue one, next to the fish.
