Good morning everyone! A new beginning of a new week... Monday morning and the sun is trying without success to get through the clouds... looks as if we'll have some rain today.

Yesterday's ride through the mountains was rejuvenating. Everything suddenly turned green! We were riding through green tunnels of fresh tree leaves, interspersed with spots of bright pink as the late season cherry trees show their color. Spring has definitely sprung!

And breakfast today is unbranded Keemun tea, with rice, miso, and tsukemono to break my fast!

It was microwave popcorn, but I usually make the stovetop popcorn or use the popcorn machine. I love popcorn, too!

Good morning everyone! I just finished a cup of Turkish Apple tea while reading my emails. I'm ready to start another supposedly sun-filled week!

@Anh: these days I only have time for a 5K run, although by now I can get to 7K or 8K if I pace myself properly. I would really like to continue my program towards the 10K ... Maybe in a couple of weeks, when things slow down a little at work!
