Cleaning and backing up my hard drive, as I may have to leave the 'puter in a gallery for about 10 days, showing my videos. Showing the videos is cool, but leaving my brand new (I bought it this summer) MacBook in the hands of strangers is a bit scary

Watching 'The Gadget Show' on British TV.

Every week they give away a load of stuff in the competition (TV's, cameras, MP3 players etc..). Every week I've watched it till now they have included a Sony E-Reader as one of the prizes. This week they've changed that for a Kindle - have Amazon won?

I'm feeling pretty lazy right now.

Over the past few days I've imported my eLibrary to my netbook. Before I had everything on my PC, which is downstairs. So anytime I wanted a book I had to get up, go downstairs, make notes (since I have my spreadsheet of all my books, which I keep on my netbook), come back upstairs and put in all my data.

Just a little bit ago I made the final step and connected my Reader to my netbook (first time since the upgrade, I didn't upgrade the software on my desktop).

I don't know why this makes me feel lazy, it just does. Just one less reason for getting out of my comfy bed.

Smacking myself upside the head, seriously.

I spend 45 minutes in line today at the post office because I left mailing package too long.

Was so proud of myself because I finally got it off, and its sure to get there in time.

Came home and realized I had forgotten to include the ornaments which I buy yearly for each grandchild and parents......

In my own defense, it wasn't really my fault. They were hidden under a pile of papers, recipes, sewing projects and clothes to be ironed on my cutting table.......

Luckily, they're small, so will wrap and hit the post office about 7 AM tomorrow...I do love those automated mailing machines!

Trying to decide which pocketbook I want, and feeling all funny and warm. I'm leaning toward the 360. I'm not sure I will like the design, but then I won't know unless I try it, right? And if I don't I can always give it away and buy something else
