Looking back on my week-end with great satisfaction. I made a to-do list, then proceeded to ignore every single item on it. I even forgot about vacuuming and doing the laundry, even though they were not on the list. I call that a well-employed week-end

Now I can relax with a glass of wine and... whatever is in the fridge and doesn't require cooking.

Well, I may have to do the laundry yet. And this time I'll try not to forget the detergent...

I still use fake. which we haven't put up. I've never had a real tree in my whole life!

When it comes to raising houseplants, I have my own method:
1) Ignore all differences between various types of plants, and ignore all written instructions that come with them.
2) Let them have a bit of sunshine.
3) Feed and water them once a week.

Any plants that die after being cared for in this manner just weren't meant to live.

Waiting on my bread machine to spit out a (hopefully) delicious loaf of garlic-herb bread, that is destined to go with the spaghetti I'm making for dinner. I'm debating whether or not to christen my new bundt pan with a Kentucky Butter Cake.

I should note that Montsnmags Enterprises has investigated limb-detachability and discovered that, both theoretically and practically, all limbs are quite readily detachable. The lab has now moved on to investigation of reattachability, which seems to be a bit more complicated (who could have known that nail guns and duct tape weren't the universal fix-alls?).
