Update: NordicTrack apparently read FaceBook. I got a call from a different CSR who apologized and is going to send me a new console. And he admitted that the programming they pushed out was defective. Now waiting to see if the console gets here...

Okay. I got Photoshop installed on the new computer, but only after having to dig out old serial numbers (is was an upgrade for gawds sake I've been using photoshop since version 3!!! and gawd only knows how much money I've given them) the friggin hoops you have to go through just to use software you legitimately paid for!!!!

And had to "authorize" it on-line as well.

Got my printer drivers downloaded and installed for Epson - win 64......

Bought a new 1 TB portable drive and backed up the old system files to it last night (4 hours) and am copying them to the new system now (3 hours)....

Getting closer....

Reader Library for PC - a terrible, awful, ill concieved program?
Is it me or is the Reader Library software one of the worst applications to have been built in years? Is this 1980 or 2010?
I can't get it to load, I get duplicate collections on my Reader... I spend more time trying to make it work than reading on my PRS-600.
Love the Reader, hate the Library. Any alternatives out there?
