I find it that drinking green tea on a hot day is a shade nicer than black, even China Black.

I have tried NBTea's Keemun today. Imperial Keemun.

A bit weak? It is not bad, just not enough flavour strength. Maybe Tea House Emporium's Keemun was too strong? Don't know yet because I didn't tried any other Keemun. I think I bought at least on in London, either Fortnum and Mason or The East India Company. I will be able to judge better after I tried it.

It's not in my cup right now but last night we tried the first of our elderberry brandy.
We grew the elderberries and made wine from them. That was pretty awful wine so
we put away for a while. We got ourselves a still recently and put the wine through that and
to add a little more flavour Mrs steeped it in some raw berries for a week. We're not much
sprits (the still is for essential oils) but this was very pleasant. One small glass is enough, though.
This morning it's back to coffee.
