SneakySnake is waiting for these hot folks to start whingeing about how cold it is.

Its coming I know. Bluddy hot and bluddy cold. You should all live here.

Bluddy cold tops of 20°C and bluddy hot tops of 35°C.

It never freezes (no frost snow or sleet in winter), and it is only really hot for a couple of weeks in summer. Ah well jump in the pool or the sea. Our airconditioner(bedroom only) was used about 4 times last summer and not at all this winter.

Think we reached about 95 today with a heat index of around 107.

I've been losing my mind ever since April. Snake, I'll trade for your winter season! I've a friend in the Brisbane area.

Believe me hon, you find me a job and a house I can afford, and I'll be on the next plane. Actually, other than the humidity, it hasn't been that bad here. Everyone else here is complaining though. Here is Illinois, in case you forgot, LOL. Apparently, heat indices of 110 F are a little much for the folks around here. Nope, I won't be complaining until winter. THEN.... oh yeah, I'll be borrowing pshrynk's line about "farking winter".

Today is the first day in I don't know how long that temps stayed below 90 F. Good news - right?

Well - if you don't mind 300% humidity levels accompanied by afternoon monsoon rains.

When my head let me crawl out from under my pillow, I actually took a walk after dinner tonight - without experiencing a heat stroke.

Did I die in my sleep? Is this a cruel joke? Will we have an earthquake tonight?

Sadly around here house prices are high and wages are low. That house pointed at is the one for sale. It has been recently renovated to the point of being rebuilt. And you could walk to my place for a cup of tea.

LOL in other words, perfect location! However, that housing prices high, wages low thing might be a bit of a problem....

Currently at 80°F, with humidity of 60%. High should be somewhere near 100°. It was great yesterday with rain all day.

Too bad we probably wont see any more falling wet for another couple weeks...

Yesterday, it was cloudy most of the day, only in the evening did the sun come out.

Today was a fine day. Around 23C, sunny and a bit of a breeze. Tomorrow it's going to be a bit warmer and Wednesday 27C, after that it's back to 18-20C and rain.
