It was nice and toasty when we got 1200 students packed into the entirety of the Jim Graham building at the state fairgrounds the last 2 days to administer the NC Bar Exam. 1200 kids, 1000 laptops, one giant warehouse designed for cattle = a few steps from hell. And it was airconditioned.

Drat. Tropical storm Don is headed further south down the Texas coast. We may not even get a drop. But at least some places will finally get some very badly need rain. It just won't be near here.

I visited that building in the fall for a bagpipe concert - it can't be heated either! Froze to death sitting on metal folding chairs.
