Definitely sign up for the free offer first. If you do the subscription first, chances are Audible will disqualify you for the free offer.

My advice is to sign up in this order:

1. download two free audiobooks for a 30 day free trial period
2. then activate your 3-month gift subscription just before your trial period ends

A very highly rated account, I might add.

Honestly, folks, I am somewhat embarrassed to be posting this Whispersync deal. $7.98 for the deal is a higher price than that of Whispersync deals that I like to post. It's still a bargain price, but I like to post really BIG bargains.

However, the audio is very long running--just over 17 hours, so you get great bang-for-the-buck. And with the regular Audible price being $29.95, you are still paying only 27% of what you would pay at Audible.
