She's still an autobuy for me.

I think she did too good of a job making me dislike the hero's actions from years before. The angst was very well done, but...

I didn’t have an issue with the mistake he’d made in dumping the heroine to pursue a solo singing career since (A) they were young, (B) his family history of being constantly told by his father he was worthless, and (C) he had planned to send for her. But the fact he hadn’t really tried to reconnect much sooner meant I needed more than a simple sorry.

Also, he was still using the same manager. That issue was at least somewhat addressed, but I still found it irksome.

It wasn't a bad novella, just not a favorite. She's written much better ones.

Oh no. I love those Highlander books, I read 5 so far in the series. They are charming.

She had been trying to write a new installment of her last series but I don't think she finished it. Such a sad time for romance fans first Miranda Neville then Janet Chapman.

I've mentioned before that Joan Wolf is (aside from Georgette Heyer, who's not even on the same scale as anyone else) my most favorite romance author. One of her titles, This Scarlet Cord: The Love Story of Rahab, has dropped to $1.99 at Kindle and Kobo US. This is one of a handful of biblicaly-based titles she wrote a while back, and I've never read them since they are usually a little pricey for me, and also because I'm not at all into Christian fiction. But, at $1.99, I'm going to give this one a try, and hope that my enjoyment of her writing will prevail!

Romance Audible books for 6.95 a month. But is it unlimited? Do you own them or just listen? How many per month? How many at a time? I don't see those kinds of details.

Unlimited access—basically, like Kindle Unlimited for romance audiobooks (beyond Amazon imprints). Looks like a good deal if your library doesn't already have what's on offer.
