Wimbledon... traditional time of dodging tourists who somehow miss the very large signs and end up in Wimbledon itself looking for the tennis, then get charged an extortionate amount of money to travel on a special bus to get there. If I lived a little closer, I'd rent our house out during that fortnight!

I finally got the PRS-600 in sync again with the Library. It only took a couple of valuable hours out of my life that I will never see again. It seems one of the book files had somehow become corrupted. I deleted it, re-imported it, and now all's well the world; or at least that small portion of it where my Touch Reader resides.

Have I ever mentioned that Sony software sucks? Love the Reader, but sheesh!

Cool! I've never used the Sony Library "sync" feature and have heard it sucks. I use Calibre to copy only the books I want to my reader(s).

If that hadn't worked, I was going to use calibre. So far, I've just been using it to convert books from one format to another and sometimes to catch news feeds.

I use Calibre to "manage" my ebook library -- and to download the Science News daily links. Where do you think I get all those "interesting topics" I post in the lounge.

I only use the Sony Software to purchase books. Adobe for Library downloads and Python scripts for liberation.
