I read The Veil by Chloe Neill (4 stars)
I think this series is very unique but Neill will suffer from fans wanting more of the same of Chicago Vampires like books but then the same people would point and say it was too similar to her other series if she did. I don't think any author these days can not take a hit in ratings on their second written series. It's a dystopia too so not what fans were probably expecting but so far I'm hooked.

I spent all my Google Play money on Mary Stewart ebooks.

I finally heard back from Harlequin about my prize win. Seems my replies were going to her Spam box. Probably because they came from a Yahoo address but I use that address for everything. Anyway, I should have it in the next two weeks. I think it is what was mentioned earlier since she said the tea would ship separately from everything else.

Anybody else having problems with Harlequin's site?
I have not been able to access my bookshelf in well over a week - keep getting a 503 service temporarily unavailable error. I can go to other parts of the site - use my rewards, cash in points for a reward, buy books, access the online reads - but not my bookshelf.

The My Rewards site sometimes loads for me, sometimes not or I have to sign in and then refresh multiple times before it displays. But I can't access my bookshelf either.

The bookshelf page comes up, but no books display. It just gives a "System error" message. Or I get a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" page .

I didn't even realize they had a new site, again, but just tried it and can access everything but my bookshelf. Although some other areas seem pretty flaky and aren't always loading properly.

What I'm looking for is heroine has to save the world romance or urban fantasy.

It's what I love about the books above. I tried Kate Daniels but I didn't like the heroine. She's too jaded.

I noticed Harlequin's redesigned site yesterday. I can get to MyBookshelf today but can't see any of the books although it tells me I have a bunch of them. Even re-sorting by the various categories doesn't show any results.
